Ingredients Needed:
- Egg - 1
- Onion - 2 to 3 tbsp finely chopped
- Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- Oil for greasing the tawa
Step - 1:
Crack an egg into a mixing bowl. Add finely chopped onion, green chilli and salt needed.
Step - 2:
Add a tsp of water and beat well with a fork until foamy. Grease a tawa with oil and heat it. Once the tawa is hot, pour the egg mixture on the tawa and cook on medium heat.
Step - 3:
Once slightly cooked, flip it over to the other side and cook for just 4-5 seconds.
Step - 4:
Remove the omelette onto a plate and sprinkle pepper powder if needed. Serve hot from the tawa with rice or with bread or as such.
